    Bought a used 2023 Lariat hybrid last summer with about 8000 miles on the odometer. It has 18,000 miles on it now with a trip from Seattle to Florida and back. No major issues but the deep sleep mode is a pain.

    I have a 2021 Ford Escape PHEV and a 2023 Maverick hybrid. Both consistently went into the deep sleep mode shortly after being parked. The new FordPass update seems to solved the issue for both vehicles.

    Appears the new updated app or server changes have fixed the problem. I have a 2021 Escape PHEV and 2023 Maverick hybrid and both have stopped going into the deep sleep mode since updating the app.
