I haven't made any progress on this. I haven't had the time to dedicate to it recently. I think it should be possible, just have to find the right setting in forscan. Hopefully soon I'll get some time here in the next couple weeks to mess around with it.

I tried it out and got no changes to the display at all. I even went thru and tried to enable boost/vacuum gauge, trans temp gauge, oil temp gauge. None of them actually changed anything on the display.

I have all of the driver assist settings available on the cluster. Same menus as my stock 6" cluster. It might have to do with the fact I am running my factory as built on this cluster.

My explorer cluster is: LB5T-10849-GJ

Yes, the traction control button functions as normal with the explorer cluster. I forgot to mention that in my original post.

I ended up paying $300 for the explorer cluster on eBay. The escape cluster I feel like I got a steal on for $75. There were quite a few explorer clusters on car-part.com when I was looking.

Thanks to this post I finally got around to buying the correct one for my maverick. Totally worth having the digital screen. I do have 2 extras for the XLT LUX package. I bought 2 for other people and didn’t realize they didn’t have heated seats and steering wheels.
