My windshield guy told me as soon as you get a hit with rock, place tape over the area. It is the wind that gets into the glass that mostly causes it to start running. I did it and it worked for a week through the Arizona heat of 110.

I have the exact same issue you are having. I cant even use the mount as it is not strong enough to hold the phone. I will contact ProClip and tell them as well. Maybe they can do something.
