OK probably a dumb question. But I am wondering how you delete a radio preset? Programming is easy, you hold the button down. But what if you want to get rid of one, and you don't have anything to replace it with?

So I thought I had the tailgate assist installed correctly. But the bottom bolt popped out of the hole today and the plate moved so I couldn't close the tailgate. I worry this is going to consistently happen. Anyone else experience the same problem? Any advice on what I did wrong, the bolt...

What are the materials you used? I'm guessing that is some sort of light particle board, or is that like a rubber mat? And you use the 'L' brackets at the bottom, those are more to help it hang straight, right? Not drilled into the bed. Just wondering cause I like the look and functionality...
