Some of you all sound like you’re borderline hyper miling. I’ve driven other hybrids with worse posted MPG and haven’t had to do any of this to get close to the posted MPG. I’m averaging 34 mpg in the Mav (mostly city) which is almost lower than both the city and highway mpg ratings.

Is the speed limit on your local highway low, or do you only drive up to 50mph to maximize mileage? because the speed limits in my neck of the woods are between 60-75. The most common is about 70mph. And that’s the speed limit not the for of traffic. I couldn’t imagine driving 45 on the highway

I’ve had pretty much the exact same experience, and I’m coming from another hybrid (Honda CRZ) so I’m not new to driving hybrids.
