I bought mine at Costco and they were Weathertech that could be trimmed to size. Didn't have to trim them. Thick and strong. That's another possibility.

My hybrid doesn't do that. I suggest you take it to your dealership. It sounds like your idle is getting stuck. May have to lubricate it or it needs adjusting. Good luck.

I have a hybrid and I have been using Eco also. A little less power than Normal but traveled to New Jersey from Massachusetts and got 44.4 mpg. When I want speed and power I use Sport mode. It only uses the engine.

Mine is flush. I don't know if it can be fixed. Most likely this is happening because they are assembling the Mavericks too quickly due to the high demand. When you have so many orders to fill, most likely some irregularities will be overlooked by those in charge.
