Is it possible to do this upgrade with the Nav 12"+ APIM and keep the existing 8" that came with the XLT and then at a later time upgrade to 12" screen ?

Great products, great company and great support. I took advantage of their black Friday deals last year and purchased the Pro X15 Soft Roll Up Tonneau Cover and the Elevate rack system and couldn't be happier !

What is the rough cost estimate for this upgrade ?

For me it would be for the AWD hybrid over my 23 hybrid.. but I plan to keep my 23 hybrid as long as possible

Update I have tried all the suggestions here + a few more, the issue stands. I believe that this is more related to my phone than the Maverick since my wife's iphone ( no way, never ) works just fine.. not an apple to apples comparison but something nonetheless... Will continue to play with...

I have the handles on each end and able to simply pull it up from either side, but maybe mine is not as tight.. but at least I don't hear any rattles

If you cut a couple of handle holes in the 2x6 (I used 3" hole set and jigsaw to finish ) then you can pull the 2x6 right up from the side without having to get inside the bed.

Finally back and was able to use the fasteners that came with the flaps. I would also agree that the OEM fasteners seem to be better than the ones that came with the flaps.
