I have had my back up camera freeze on me twice now since the camera recall. Before I received the update, I never had any issue with the rear camera. Has anyone else had a problem with the camera after the recall update?

Did anyone notice poorer video quality from the rear camera after the recall update? I noticed that the backing up guidance lines are more pixilated, and the rear camera picture is of lesser quality overall. The screen looks normal when using any other function outside of the backup camera.

I never got updated. Call Ford at 1 (800) 392-3673 and provide them your order # and dealer code which can be found on the paperwork I hope you received from your dealer. Ford might then be able to provide you with a vin # you can use to track your builds progress.

Interesting, looks like my dealer is getting stock orders in and yet I haven't got any notification from Ford that I even have an order. On July 17th I put in an order and payed a deposit. Should I have gotten an email from Ford acknowledging an order?
