    Anyone out there fit 265/65R17 tires on a lifted Maverick? I'm looking at Nitto Ridge Grapplers in that size. The OD on the 265/65R17 is 30.55" versus the 245/65R17 at 29.53". That is about an inch which means 1/2" less room. I am looking at a more negative offset to compensate for the wider...

    "legal as DRLs"? Is there a law that states I must have working DRLs on my vehicle? I know there is a federal mandate for manufacturers to install them on new vehicles, but nothing I am aware of requiring me to actually use them.

    Thank you for confirming. People might not be happy behind me because I slow down and no brake lights come on. Not much I can do about it though.

    I see. Maybe the adaptive cruise is the difference. I have an XLT with no adaptive cruise and the brake lights are not coming on in "L" with letting off the gas pedal.

    In So Cal your roads must be better than here in Austin. We used to have some of the best roads around. Now with all of the rapid growth and subsequent construction, they have seriously gone downhill. Or maybe it's just that I'm feeling old... :unsure:
