A real optimist to think Ford would be responsive, or should we say delusional. Ford wants to keep their "customers" at arm's length. They refer you to the retail dealer for repairs and the retail dealer says "IDK" leaving us in the middle. In my opinion FORD is a joke as far as customer service...
I have the same interior lights problem + my passenger door handle lock sensor was not working. My dealer REPLACED the passenger door handle sensor NOW I'm told the interior lights are working as they should.
I refuse to "accept" the terms & conditions 60 +/- pages document since Ford has entered into the selling/sharing data & ITS 60 PAGES long that they want you to read or be worn down to not reading, just accepting, NO THANKS
I deleted Ford Pass b/c of that ridiculous 60+pg accept this terms & conditions popup that I do not trust in light of recent announcements that auto makers are giving our data to authorities w/o a warrant.
If you drive at 40mph or less, flat surface, use no heat/AC you can exceed 45mpg, down hill I got 90mpg, exceed 65 on the hiway and you will observe a drop. 70mph hiway, no load, flat surface, cruise control, 34mpg+. I average 35mpg or about 440mptank
My mileage also dropped after software update (22 Hybrid Lariat) dealer basiclly told me to pound sand when I asked if that can be corrected as did Ford.
