No way, donāt feel bad about buying the XL.
āI personally feel the Maverick is a budget truck and worth paying low twentyās for.
Sorry but once you start adding all the useless fluff and end up paying $30,000-40,000 for a Maverick it just doesnāt make sense to me.
Iām happy with my XL and...
Iāve noticed something similar on my truck. Seems more pronounced when youāre first driving the truck ( cold ) Then seems to diminish once driven for a while. I hear the noise when first pulling out of my driveway and the first few stops the most.
Most of our XL and XLT trucks seem to be...
This is a quote from part of your states lemon law. Iād seriously consider going this route if Ford or the dealer donāt get their acts together.

a cumulative total of 30 or more cumulative calendar days
at least 15 days occurred during the period of the manufacturerās written warranty...
My EB does the random clicking too. Iāve had it happen when under it changing the oil and while on jack stands changing the wheelsā¦ā¦..stops your heart for a second when that happens š
I know in my state 30 days out of service qualifies you for the lemon law.
Check your states lemon law and start raising hell with Ford and the dealer. Start barking about 34 days and lemon laws.
I wouldnāt be surprised if that part magically shows up quickly if youāre past or...
I have already returned the chrome oem Maverick lugs. Only used the oem steel wheel lugs for a comparison pic. That was probably confusing.
I also donāt think Bronco sport wheels are inherently dangerous. Just that some lug nuts donāt fit them very well on the Maverick.
Maybe itās just the angle of this pic or the lighting/flash but it appeared like oblong damage to me. Looking again you are probably right. Iām sure you can see what I was thinking, it isnāt exactly the best pic
Those look like the Mav lugs from the steel wheels? I was referencing the Chrome oem Maverick lugs bottoming on the bronco sport wheels.
I have the same wheels and the oem chrome definitely bottom out and dig in.
This has gotten way out of hand. Just as I said in my very first post just about any 14mm 1.5 cone lug is going to hold the wheels on probably without catastrophic damage or consequences.
I was just trying to find good options that wonāt damage the rim or cause a potential safety issue...
Dude, youāre still blabbering on about drawings and needing another engineer when Iāve posted pictures of the damaged rim and others have reported the same issue with pics. š¤Ŗ Typical engineer, letās spend 400 hours proving how something canāt happen ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦all the while with a picture of it...
