Don’t think it’s Lariat, but does seem to have the BAP. I’m not opposed to public spending, I struggle when it’s wasteful spending though. Maybe an argument could be made that it’s about some sort of marketing. edit - doesn’t even seem to have the BAP, just the BAP grill.
