I find it unusual that my window sticker does not show the tire size/specs/brand. Some Maverick stickers have this information. Seems like this would be the place to document what was factory installed… I realize the driver side door frame shows the tire size and air pressure requirements.

Rather than using a heavier 2x4, I used a 1 inch board and wood glued a small piece of the same board at each end so it fills the same space in the slot as a 2x4. I have 3/4” more of bed space on the side with the spacers. If the glue does not hold up, I will use wood screws.

Owner’s manual did not cover this.

My 2023 Maverick is on its way. It has the black front bumpers. Do these take PPF or is plastic textured that will not handled PPF or is it not needed on the bumpers?

So many folks happy with their hybrids but I am guessing they are using their Mavericks as commuting vehicles and perhaps live where there is little or now snow and where it won’t be countrified. WIsh postings addressed the locations and such. I am glad I will have AWD in the midwest.
