Just today 1/12/2024 i saw in the ford website and customer service said my order has been delivered. It’s with the dealership. But when i contacted the dealership they said it wasn’t there yet. They said ford website sometimes gives wrong information. Anyone experienced this?

A week ago when Ford asked for it. So a gave a copy of my driver’s license to the sales person and thats it. I didn’t get anything after i gave a copy. He just said he’ll keep me updated.
