That’s what I thought - but I took the part to NAPA, Autozone, O’Reilly, and Advance and none of them carried them. Glad to know they are called a J nut. Couldn’t figure out what to call it.

Also contrast my Ford experience with RealTruck who sent me out a replacement part next day - no hassle, just good service.

Mine shows built 4/11, shipped 4/12 - got the shipping email from Ford this morning. Never got an email saying it was built.

Yep. I wasn’t willing to compromise on anything I actually use. I wanted four wheel drive, adaptive cruise, and towing because I use all of those things.

I think my problem in MY22 was tow package + Lariat Lux. That’s some extra chips that were in short supply. I think Samantha told me I ended up 21st on the list of those that didn’t get MY22’s.

Same here. Email saying week of 4/10 build. Checked the tracking site and says in production. I don’t trust the site at this point.
