I've got the TonnoPro Hard Fold from Real truck and have been happy with it. It has a vinyl cover over hard panels and you can see it ripple a little on the highway but not like it's going to come off. It's well built, fits nicely, keeps the bed dry, and it's pretty cheap for a hard cover at $650.
