PTU oil was look brand new at (42000 km) i use what dealer give me 75w85 by the number of ford dealer and it take less than 1 liter.

Update: the burning rubber smell is there only when the road is cover of melted snow mix with salt. When the catalytic converter is cover of that shit , it's seem to burnt that stuff and smell burning rubber smell even the next morning after i drive in this type of road.

I have more than 20k miles and no smell from the first miles until a couple weeks. this burnt rubber smell is new , i have my Maverick since june and this odor start maybe in november. 🤷♂️
I inspect every rubber insulator or rubber hose around turbo but i can't fin anything. still smell burn rubber after a couple minutes of drive. Dealer have found nothing too. i'am sure it's something around turbo where it's very hot. And if i stay at red light the smell come inside the cab :mad:
