I don't understand the worry of it rolling away, the vehicle goes into park and will not roll away in park. I have not used a parking brake in any of my cars over decades and have never had any issues. I know you depend on the pin prawl locking it however the parking brake is not an issue of it...
The ice engine on the hybrid will continue to run longer upon start up when its cold out if the heat is engaged and turned on. Heat off the engine may run for a few minutes then turn off.
Purchase the bumper filler next to toe hitch, it looks so much better than having the gaping hole in the bumper. It's on line, think it's around 40. Clips in and 2 pre drilled holes are already in the bumper.
I have to disagree with a heavier equipped XLT vs. Lariat, I purchased a XLT hybrid with luxury pkg, co pilot blackout, etc. Almost price of a Lariat, I did not want the synthetic leather seats, I wanted the cloth, too easy to scratch or mark it, the cloth holds up better and in most climate...
Chances are it was probably rail dust on it, very common and most noticeable on white cars. It comes off with right chemicals or elbow grease with compound. It is in our environment and sticks to cars.
I'm one of the lucky ones, got my 25 XLT hybrid with employee pricing which I was surprised they offered that availability to the Mavericks back in April especially the hybrids, timing was right and the perfect truck was there. $2300. off msrp.
That's difficult to believe a dent in the side going 75 on the interstate, it would take a lot of force to get a dent like that unless something were thrown from the side at good speed, and no paint damage by the looks so it wasn't a rock, more like a hard ball or something. Anyway a good pdr...
I purchased space white XLT, I looked at terrain previously but was told by company with me it looked like an "old person" color....now I see it that way too. Love the space white it's timeless.
I will not bring mine in for that recall, my airbag light is in place and works fine, do not want some 20 y. o. something new tech or whoever for that matter tearing apart my dash for something not needed and then deal with a worse issue or damage to it put back in place.
In addition to all the physical labor of traditional wax, rubbing on and rubbing off, a majority of time removing wax is getting all the wax out of crevices which takes forever, I'll do ceramic protection anyday, I just wipe it on with my microfiber mitt and I'm done with beautiful results and...
I will testify to the use of ceramic protections, that the ceramic lasts longer with a deep shine and about 10% of the manual labor to traditional wax, so why would you use old technolgy wax when the ceramic application is so easy.
So I will throw this idea out there for removing scratches on hard plastic however you have to be careful with the process, using a heat gun works on this issue, you are basically slightly heating the plastic enough to soften the oils in the plastic and with the right amount of heat it will make...
My Ford C Max goes down in the low 30s mpg in the colder part of winter driving, if its even in the 40s for temps it goes to mid 30s, once we're in the 60s and above it averages around 41 to 43 consistently. Heat on in the winter keeps the ice engine operating more for sure. BTW, hoping my...
