Mine is also scheduled for October 4th but my dealership (Great Lakes Ford) has pretty much been clueless on everything so I don't even know if they are getting a trainer or not, let alone let customers know.
You have to remember that the trainers are just now starting to make their rounds at dealerships so not everybody has had the chance to get caught up with all of this yet.
That being said though I do agree that some dealerships are stuck in the days of old and don't know how to get their own info.
