I think it will come down to the Maverick / Bronco Sport production split. Will they keep on making more Bronco Sports? With how many BS are on dealer lots, I think they will shift production to the Maverick. On the other hand, it will not matter if they don't get more Maverick orders.

But the high voltage wires are de-energized when the vehicle is off. There is a contactor near the battery that shuts off. This contactor is controlled by 12V. That is why the vehicle can't be started if the 12V battery is dead.
