  1. 3D Printing Files-Trash Can, Console Tray, Cubby

The only OBD2 one I could find that would fit in the cubby costs $150, so I didn't want to spend that. I went through the firewall to the vacuum lines at the front of the engine that I could tell went straight to the intake manifold. I do know I can see boost pressure on my OBDII bluetooth...
  2. 3D Printing Files-Trash Can, Console Tray, Cubby

Yeah, that's a boost gauge. A bit of a pain to get through the firewall, but it works great.
  3. Console Cupholder and Organizer w/ cell phone stand

Print them upright with supports. I use 15% supports with 4 infill steps at 10mm each. That gives plenty of support while limiting material use. To save on material, use 2 gradual infill steps in the infill, also at about 10mm. 1.2mm walls make up for the lack of infill at the bottom. That...
  4. Console Cupholder and Organizer w/ cell phone stand

Here are a couple more designs I developed for in front of the console. The thingiverse links are after them, if you want to print your own. Simple cupholder w/ pen holders. Small little cubby in front. I haven't printed this yet, but it's in the exact same design as the organizer lower...

  6. 3D Printing Files-Trash Can, Console Tray, Cubby

I love it! I reworked the design a little, also. The tray didn't sit perfectly level because there was a bit of a slope on the back side that I had just printed as a square angle. I've adjusted that angle, rounded edges, and added a bit of a ledge so your fingers grip the middle better.
  7. 3D Printing Files-Trash Can, Console Tray, Cubby

A couple of updates: I think I've finalized the Console FITS Rear Seat Bin. See pics below. Notice there are a few different configurations you can do with the lid. It can have open cupholders that also work as slots to drop trash through, or there's a lid where you can customize some...
  8. 3D Printing Files-Trash Can, Console Tray, Cubby

I've looked and looked. The only place I've found that I can find a good match is out of Europe and charged more for shipping than for the product. I'm now trying to find a spray paint that matches and see if it sticks well.
  9. 3D Printing Files-Trash Can, Console Tray, Cubby

Here are examples of the rust orange. It's the first one I found that is too dark, but at least it appears to be kinda in the same hue. I'm going to reprint my cubby gauge thing in this and see how it looks. On a side note, whoever the representative I was in contact with at Coex is great...
  10. 3D Printing Files-Trash Can, Console Tray, Cubby

Well, here's the atomic. Still too bright. I'm going to try the coex rust orange next.
  11. 3D Printing Files-Trash Can, Console Tray, Cubby

Added a link to the rear storage/trash can on the first post in this thread.
  12. 3D printing Pics, ideas??

I posted a thread with some of the things I've added to thingiverse. https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/3d-printing-files-trash-can-console-tray-cubby.16149/#post-309919
  13. 3D printing idea I'm working on w/ a new member

Yeah, these are made out of PETG material, which is very heat tolerant. I printed the first one out of PLA and it definitely melted in the Texas heat. The console tray takes about 11 hours to print, the front trash can takes over a day. The rear one, given multiple pieces involved, will...
  14. 3D Printing Files-Trash Can, Console Tray, Cubby

I haven't tried the overture yet, but it still looks too bright. The two I've tried so far are: Orange PETG by Eryone (Way too bright) Orange-Red PETG by iSanmate (Closer, but still on the bright side) I've got a sample coming in of Perfect Orange PETG by Atomic Filaments. If that one...
  15. 3D Printing Files-Trash Can, Console Tray, Cubby

I received my XLT Maverick back in March. I've been tinkering with some 3D prints to help it out. I've found out some of y'all have bought them from me on ebay and given the links here. Just thought I'd help folks out by giving my thingiverse links to the files. Trash can for in front of...
