I was cut off by a bad driver and almost crashed into her. When I leaned on the horn to express my chagrin, my Maverick (2022 Hybrid XLT) announced in a female voice: "That wasn't very nice!" I had to laugh, though the other driver deserved it. Anyone else had this happen?

I think it's called 'blow-moulded' plastic, maybe pioneered by Jeep. You Tube has some good posts on how to fix as well. Hope I can do it without removing the bumper, but may have to.

Thanks for all the suggestions, folks. I guess I have nothing to lose by trying. Plastic welding seems like a good option, and the tool is sure to cost less than my $500 deductible.
