    VIN I enteredwas correct, as I repeated the process two additional times, and it produced the same offer amount. No wonder Carvana is experiencing financial issues. With a website like this one, I wonder how much longer they will be in business.

    Thanks for the information, Rich. I was just what I needed to do, as the driver side door was not responding to touch, as it should. I completed the steps you outlined and it reset my door. I was going to set up an appointment to take it to the dealer, which meant an inconvenience of 1-2 weeks...
