This has never happened on mine XL Hybrid

I have 5500 miles now and no issues except Bluetooth connection problems, but it only will occur sometimes. I’m nitpicking here. Other than that no issues with remote start or lane assist or any drive features.

Update: i started my truck up after work and now it is working for some reason

Yes, it is paired. It was working fine then just stopped. I tried resetting connection. Restarting phone and truck. Nothing is working yet

Connected by Bluetooth audio doesn’t work connected by usb audio works

Has anyone had this issue and how to fix? Apple CarPlay works fine but Bluetooth is not playing music. However, it connects and can do phone calls over Bluetooth. While connected, it acts like no audio device is connected
