  1. Engine shaking while warming up

I suspect that this rough idle might be due to running the heating system shortly after the engine initially starts. The same issue happened again this morning, and the seat warmers, steering wheel warmer, and heat were all active when I started the vehicle. As soon as I turned all of the...
  2. Engine shaking while warming up

I'm hoping someone can help me to diagnose. Earlier this evening, shortly after I started the engine in my Maverick Hybrid, the engine started behaving like this. It was around 30 degrees F, and I did have the heat set to low, the seat warmers on low, and the steering wheel heater on. I turned...
  3. Anyone use a wireless CarPlay adapter yet?

I've also been using the TNVTEC 2019-2022 dongle - works well so far. It has a few quirks, but they're very manageable, and as a general rule of thumb, the device pairs very quickly each time I start my vehicle. There is very little noticeable lag compared to using a wired connection.
  4. How many on here from Tennesse

Did you order from Golden Circle?
  5. How many on here from Tennesse

West Tennessee here as well. Ordered from Steve Marsh Ford in Milan. Great people with whom I've made other purchases. Maverick sold at MSRP - no markup - and also got the $500 discount for being a Farm Bureau member.
  6. Which Wireless Converter for Iphone/XLT Luxury

I also went with the TNVTEC 2019-2022 model for my XLT Lux hybrid- it's working well so far. It does feel "cheap" so I'm not sure about durability, but it's mounted underneath my center console and shouldn't have any real physical contact.
  7. Advice on removing climate control cover to access stock radio

I really enjoy the small profile and the magnetic mount. I purchased an Onyx EZR and was using it via the dock's build-in FM modulation, but I was unimpressed with the audio quality and static. I purchased the Roady BT primarily because of bluetooth connectivity, and because it uses a...
  8. Advice on removing climate control cover to access stock radio

I used the SXM app for about a month, and it worked as expected. However, the biggest frustration point for me was that the app stream runs about 2-3 minutes behind the live satellite feed. Seems like a minor gripe... but I listen to a lot of sports broadcasts, and I was getting so many scoring...
  9. Advice on removing climate control cover to access stock radio

I used the Roady BT via bluetooth for about a week. However, the Maverick does not allow Carplay and Bluetooth to be active at the same time. So, you cannot use your Roady BT via bluetooth, and Carplay, simultaneously. This was the biggest factor for me switching over to the FMDA25, since you...
  10. Advice on removing climate control cover to access stock radio

Many thanks! Indeed, it ended up being much easier to remove than I anticipated. I picked up a nylon pry bar set from Harbor Freight, and the panel took 60 seconds, tops, to remove. The trickiest part of the install was removing the antenna cable from the stock radio, but it wasn't a big deal. I...
  11. Advice on removing climate control cover to access stock radio

Does anyone have advice on the best\easiest way to remove the Climate Control console cover? I'm looking to install a SiriusXM FMDA25 adapter, which plugs into the stock radio antenna input. I've read through a few posts...
