I have been using this product since I got my Mav. I use it once every 2 month. Just spray it on and rinse it of !! First time you have to do it twice. You also must use the yellow stuff to wash the car. Both products work together. Only for hand wash. Hope this helps !!

You can install this rails by yourself, if you dare to drill some holes in the roof. Other wise, let a specialist do it (like your Ford dealer).
