Have the same problem on my FX4 4K EB Maverick. Accessport does help but it is not the complete solution. I think Ford just slapped some random TCM programming with this 2.0 ecoboost motor and called it a day.

Is anybody else having severe engine lugging around 30-40mph on a 4k tow package equipped maverick? I had a regular ecoboost maverick and once in a blue moon would it lug but nothing like the maverick I currently have. Is it the different gearing in the 4k equipped models?

I just picked up the accessport and the shifts and smoothness of the powerband are night and day versus the stock tuning. If you’re on the fence I would definitely go with Cobb.

I’m 31 and I realize how much of a game changer the Maverick is. Not everyone wants a full size truck and Ford filled that gap with the Maverick.
