same thing happened to me after I had my 'grabby brake' issue fixed. dealer only had the truck for about an hour.

Just had my grabby breaks fixed at the dealer. when I brought it in i had between 3/4 and full in the gas tank and a miles to empty reading of around 400 miles ( showing 40.4 mpg) When I picked it up, I still had the same gas tank reading and the same mpg of 40.4 but my miles to empty showed...

I would worry about it getting scheduled & missing out on the sibl I dont care that much abou the Cargo sys ..but if it is free....... I'll call the support line then see the dealer. Thanks for the suggestion.

I ordered a 2023 with the spray-in liner but not the Cargo Management System . can I add the cargo system at no extra cost? mine has not been scheduled. Thanks Joe

well that didn't work -- I added those and a week or 2 later I got a build date of 9-19

Tim -- update-- called Ford hotline and was told that I can tell the dealer that I want to "keep my reservation and extend it to the 2023 my" - then I could add the 360 option back on. Called the dealer who will look into it.. will let you know if this works.

I am priority 2. Ordered hybrid xl -- now with no options. The dealership may be the smallest in the country. I call customer service every other month -- they confirm that they do have my order. I will check again with them tomorrow. May ask my dealer to change my priority code back to 19 --...

Tim I have a June 23 , 2021 order. I removed the spray in liner in Oct =then I removed the 360 option in Feb. At this point I would prefer to have my order converted to the 2023 so that I can add back the 360 option. Can I request that my order be switched to the 2023 without actually canceling...
