  1. 14 months

After waiting 14 months, lots of promises left unfilled. 1.9% finance is a lie, ford stopped with that program. No bed liner, sprayin or plastic. Extra 70.00 per month than expected. Still love it. Would I have bought it if I had not ordered it so long ago? No.
  2. Only got to drive it 4.6 miles

Ford has to insure for test drive, and they are covered, thats why they have to prove they let a licensed driver test it. If you intend to keep it forever, insist on a new one. This one will rust where it was hit, no fixing bent metal.
  3. Don't ruin it for the old guys!

Being an old woman, I bought the Maverick because it reminded me of a 64 Mustang,, came out in a half year, very popular, was a surprise to Ford at how well it was received by the public, became an icon. Maverick is already on it's way to becoming an icon.
  4. Honeymoon over with the dealership

"They" say to take a hair dryer to those scratches and heat them up a bit and they will go away. Also there is "ceramic" wax for plastic that should help so it does not get beat up so bad in the first place.
  5. Ford Maverick Broke Down @ 128 Miles, Ford is giving me the run around.

Pay your car note. You always have small claims court if you have too go that far. Take the rental to the dealership explain what is going on, then call hertz from there and have the manager order a different car for you either from hertz or enterprize. Have hertz pick up the rental your driving...
  6. If you had a chance to order again what would you change?

The color, I ordered the Alto blue but I think I like the new red better.
  7. June Maverick Production — 10,000+ Units

I truly think Ford needs to send all of us who ordered and waited for our trucks gold dashboard metals so our trucks can stand out from the rest as a symbol of grace on our part.
  8. I may have found a design problem

    Escape I mean.
  9. I may have found a design problem

Yeh, no for anyone who owned an Eclipse before their Maverick will know that the Eclipse doors were much heaver than the Mavericks doors. And since one was modeled after the other, I'm guessing a much lighter door for better mileage, and less forethought into anything else. Just like it's 70's...
  10. Can't Believe What My Dealer Told Me Today ... My Wait Could be 4-6 Months

I finally got an email from Ford, about the schedule it said so sorry, but not yet, we'll keep in touch. I thought that was nice all things considered. I did find a dilemma with my trade in and driving it was costing to much in mileage and driving the value down so the dealer sold me a newer...
