I definitely noticed a difference in power between the Crosstek with the 2.0 and the 2.5 engine when I drove them at the dealer. If I drove the Crosstrek and the Mav back to back again I would probably notice a difference if I tested them but in day to day normal driving it's not something that...
It doesn't have to be a truck to compare the two at all. The Maverick was made to steal some of the larger pickup market but also some of the crossover SUV market, I'm proof of it. The maverick has more in common with the Escape than it does with a Ranger or an F150.
And I do hope the new 2024...
I've never been in a Bronco sport but it seems like a step up in quality from the Maverick interior with more options, so maybe it's more comparable to the Subaru
And yes that's one thing I forgot to leave out that the cold starts did feel very rough and took a long time to warm up to idle even...
Yes I find it very interesting how much worse mpg I was getting in my Subaru vs the Maverick compared to what is advertised. To get the advertised highway MPG I would have to set the cruise control to 65 and be on completely flat highway with no grade to get the 34 advertised mpg. The Maverick...
I wanted to make this thread because I figured there are a lot of people looking at both vehicles since there is a lot of overlap between the two vehicles. Even though one is a crossover and the other is a "non traditional" pickup truck (yeah that's what I'll call it lol), they are both marketed...
Yes this is exactly the reason. If I need to move something that I wouldn't be able to fit under my tonneau that I don't want to be exposed to the elements it's perfect for occasional use
I love the occasional functionality of a cap but can’t justify 4k on a clunky molded one since it's not something I need every day. I haven't found any company that makes them yet but would love to hear recommendations and some real life pics and reviews
I ordered my Maverick from a leadership in New York and my Maverick is on a railcar at Conway rail yard in Pennsylvania as of yesterday 10/15. Does anyone know where the final destination is that vehicles get unloaded and trucked to the dealership? It's only about 6 hours away from where I am...
I just got confirmation that my Maverick has been shipped and is in transit on the rail car. How do I search the railcar tracking? I remember people mentioning that they were able to see the tracking info.
A soft removable bed cap. There are a lot of times I would like to have the coverage of a bed cap when I need it but would like to be able to remove it when I don't
I just got a call from my dealer but something seems a little fishy maybe others are getting the same call. He told me that my order is not being built (xlt lux 4k fx4) and I need to order a 2023 and that if I got one I would get a $1750 credit towards the new MY.
BUT I got a build date back in...
I'm interested in getting a front and rear facing dash cam but I'm curious to see what people have to say. I'd prefer to have it done by the dealer even if it's a little more expensive just for the warranty and overall convenience, but if I can get a much better camera or save a lot of money...
Realistically what are the real world savings of driving in eco mode vs normal drive mode? I normally don't like to modify my cars too much and don't know if I want to go through the hassle of forscan but if it's a large potential savings in gas I may consider it. Any real world testing that...
This list may be true but it looks like it may be just the base xl trim only. The current xl trim has more or less the same colors just with different names
I was hesitant on getting the lux package in the first place. I can take it or leave it and I was without a car at the time so the earlier I got it the better
No I'm saying if my my22 was converted to a 23 it would only be 2-3 extra months. Even if I place a new order in August I would think it would be q1 2023 before I receive it which is still a lot earlier
