You're giving me FOMO for not having FX4. That's the only extra package I wanted that I didn't get. Do you think it really makes that much difference? I have 2.0 with AWD + Tow Package.

I'm in the same boat as you. Want a bed but didn't want a big truck. Wanted features but didn't want to pay big $$. The Maverick is a lot of things to a lot of people, which explains why Ford is pulling their hair out at the tremendous demand they have for it.

Just wanted to give everyone an update and say I used @NJ Pinelands method. Today I just purchased a Lariat, 2.0 AWD, 4K tow, 1st Edition Package, Lariat Luxury Package It had everything I wanted, except the FX4 package and door sill plates, but I can live without it. PROUD TO BE A MAVERICK...

I agree, but for me personally, I am going from a Hyundai Accent with probably an 11 second time. Also, I want a small truck so Tesla is out of the picture. For all things given, the Mav is pretty damn fast for what it is.

So 2.0 Engine + AWD + FX4 + 4K Tow Package = Fastest Output, if you are disregarding trim levels or extra add ons. What all does the FX4 add to the output? It says it has a Heavy Duty Cooling Fan and Heavy Duty Radiator.. Does that help performance?
