Sorry to resurrect this thread, but I'm having the same problem with my XLT Lux. I am very aware of not hitting the door lock lever when opening the door. Only seems to lock the driver's door. I just automatically use the keypad to unlock it now but it's still a glitch.

The first thing I did when I got mine was assign a code. Has already saved me a couple times when for some reason it's locked me out. May not work for you, but my trick is to use the ZIP code of a place I USED TO live, not where I live now.(y)
