So, it is possible to add a 7-pin connector to the Hybrid. My teardrop does not have electric brakes but a 7-pin connector. I wanted the wire from the 7-pin to the 12-volt battery so I could charge the teardrop battery while driving. Did you do the install or have someone do it?

I have a question for people who tow a small trailer with their hybrid. The Hybrid has a 4-pin connector but what if the trailer is a 7-pin? Do you use a "quick connect" plug to connect the 4-pin to the 7-pin or have you been able to convert the Hybrid to a true 7 pin?
