I'm hoping to be towing close to the Hyrbid's limit (2,000 lbs.) and was wondering if anyone has successfully added an aftermarket trans oil cooler system. Something like this is what I was thinking of:

Any thoughts on adding an aftermarket trans cooler and extra radiator fans to a Hybrid model? My dream goal is to be able to flat-tow a stripped down Suzuki Samurai which comes stock at ~ 2060 lbs. I’m thinking doors off, backseat gone, spare tire out, I could get it just under 2K.

Basically title. The Samurai is right at the 2000lb. mark for Curb weight - and without the need of a trailer I’m wondering if anyone has done similar or attempted with specifically a Hybrid.
