  1. Does Cobb Tuner need to be uninstalled to have hyper flash signal recall done?

    I have the Cobb tuner for my 2.0L EcoBoost. I assume that it controls the PCM. I just got the recall from Ford for the hyper flash signals stating that they need to update the body control module (BCM). Do you think that I need to uninstall the tuner to get the recall done?
