Ford Chat told me my new 23 EB(non rollover) order has a compatibility error and nothing can be done on their end. they said its something the dealer has to do but Chat didnt know what ?

Just placed an order for XLT yesterday and dealer i have bought multiple cars from told me it was 10% plus MSRP at end. I emailed him later last night and told him to cancel the order that the 10% (extra $3,000.00) was unacceptable Was i wrong ?
