My maverick was in a front end accident about 2 months ago its been in the shop ever sense. The damage was only about 8 grand worth of front end and wheel damage but the dealership claims the vehicle will not start. They are saying they cannot charge the hybrid battery and it has to be replaced...
So my maverick got shipped and had a estimated date of this week. Now the truck sits about an hour away but they delayed the delivery by another 2 weeks. I talked to my dealership and they said it was just a lack of drivers is there nothing I can do?
I got a email last night saying my truck has been built and should be at my dealership april 29 thru May 5th. My question is will I get another email when the truck has been shipped? My tracker has never changed from the in production phase will they update this also?
