How long is everyone going to get jerked around by this "almost 72" year old OP who appears to be playing games???? P.S. Don't say I do not respect my elders; I am 80🙂
Hmm, after people give their comments, should they expect any response from the poster asking the question?? Just seems to me that it would be appropriate????
Production was up for third quarter and apparently is still going full blast. Granger Ford had about 40 to 45 Mavericks a couple of weeks ago on their online site. Today 79. All the dealers I watch occasionally have higher numbers. Should be some good buys pretty soon!!
Totally agree on the discontinuing of some features with newer models. But that really depends a lot on the model which OP never has mentioned. If he is going to buy a warranty, he may do well to get a new vehicle, and a new warranty, if he can get a good deal. If he could trade for four or...
I presume you are going to buy another hybrid? What model?
1. If buying another hybrid, I would consider the 2025 with decent year end prices. I would get their price and then show them Carvana or other online buyer the value of your trade which should be excellent. They will hit you with...
Thanks!👍 I will check it out tomorrow!
From a cursory search, this may be more of a hybrid problem. Ford parts list the pads for a hybrid and one for a lariat, engine not specified. Says all will not fit a 2025 EB. Will still give it another look tomorrow. Stay Safe!
I looked at that. It seems like that with the new engine being placed differently and the compartment having more space that there does not seem to be the gap where the Lariat foam blocks were placed. I did not see anywhere to put a foam block or "swim noodle"! I will look again more closely...
Lovin that RR!! Was debating on the fender flares with my RR. They look good. I may just have to do it.
See you got the curtain tint on the front window; I did also. I like the appearance and it does help with the sun. My son got the curtain on his new F-350 and also got about a...
I am wondering more about the road noise........... I traded a 22 Lariat with Michelin tires that looked almost new with 28k miles. My new XLT has continentals. The road noise with the XLT is MUCH louder. I realize that the Lariat had the acoustic windshield but the more I drive the XLT the...
I see the words: enhance, aids, streamlines, predict, help, and optimizing. This is all well and good, but I am wondering it these verbs are not what people used to do pretty much by themselves. I am concerned with AI making people less necessary and approaching being obsolete. I realize it...
Hmm, I thought Ga Tech was an institution of higher learning. I must admit I am a bit disappointed.😭 Almost wants me to say: "Go Dawgs" but I just can't do it!!!!
Congrats!! Good looking Azure Blue. I like the way the dealer has the parking slot marked with a "sold" marking. Helps keep some anxious salesperson from selling it before you get there!!:sneaky:😃 I guess with increased production this does not happen much like it did back in the 22MY...
Did you by chance have a door not completely closed? I believe you can't get it out of park if a door is open. Perhaps your Mav "brain" thinks a door is open?????
I have absolutely no reason to post. Only posting because the avatar on the proceeding post looks some like mine:wink:. Also, the previous poster is from Iowa which is where I bought my Mav and where I was born and raised. Just a lot of coincidences for me to pass up.:)
I doubt leakage...
I actually paid 28,750 for my 22 and bought the 25 which I pictured in the beginning of this thread for 30,500. Paid $4500 more than what I received from Carvana: 26K. It appears Carvana sold the 22 for 29,900 which was more than the original cost. 22 had 30K miles.
I would try to briefly sell it privately. I would then see what the dealer would give me for trade. Depending on the state in which you live, you will pay quite a bit of sales tax if you sell to carvana.
I just went out and looked at my truck. The gap is so small I could not slip a dollar bill into the gap.
Attaching picture. A little too much angle and taken at night, but I think you can see that it has no gap.
Wow, I did not see the date on this thread. I have no idea how it came up and...
