The only thing I miss about the Captiva is the Sirius XM radio. Need suggestions about a Sirius XM receiver that connects through the blue tooth (or through the USB) port. I would think power would come from the cigarette lighter. Technologically challenged here so be kind.
The suspension mods sound great. Love the who look. Not all exterior mods end up looking that great. I know the Mav is a p/u truck but are there any skid pad data on the Maverick. The the suspension mods brought it to light.
I think it depends on the vehicle. A two year old Lexus with 25,000 miles with bad paint (you fill in the reason) is going to get clobbered for the paint. A 10 year Chevrolet Malibu ( do they still make those) with 280,000 miles not so much. A 1964 Mustang convertible with 40,000 miles not so much.
No problem. Feedback is always good. A long-term road test report is valuable. Do you think a treatment of 303 kept up would help that. Do you fold/unfold a lot? I may have not gotten the bargain I thought.
It was $200.00 +_

Finally got a tonneau.
The product seems well made; the instructions are simple. Almost Barksdale 123 proof. The "fabric" fits nice and tight. Waiting for a rain and see if it keeps water out. Or maybe use the hose. Overall, no buyer's remorse. Attached are it folded up.
