I like the steelies, but I went with black with black centers. I tried chrome lug nuts, but didn’t like them as much. I can’t find that picture. I have had a lot of comments about how good the black goes with the plastic trim. Never thought of beauty rings though.

Does @P99Guy still sell the original? I read it is way better than the Maybett knockoff you get on amazon (having not tried the maybett)

I agree. Thank you for sharing. I too think you could have sold these. If @P99Guy is still around, you may ask him about selling things. You could probably sell a few to the people that don’t have printers and get compensated for the time you put into the design.

You can run the wire up or down from the cover plate. I ran mine to the storage box where I installed a battery with charger, bed lights and a 12 volt plug and usb plug. Lights turn on with 433mhz remote. Now I have power whenever I want it, not just when the truck is running.

I would talk to @P99Guy if you want to design and distribute anything. I worked with him on my tailgate hole cover design that has been stolen by 2 Chinese companies now.

What size battery are you planning to use? Some battery chargers don’t work well with the modified sine wave inverters. You could always get a dc to dc charger that isolates the 2 batteries.

Sorry for the delay. I loaded the trailer with as much as I usually tow it with. truck had no occupants (they had us get out at the scales). Official weights. truck and loaded trailer - 6580 Loaded trailer only - 2880

Our local Home Depot/Lowes/Tractor supply sell 5x8 trailers that are much better quality than the bolt together kits and cost $800-$1100. You could look into one of those. My sister was going to build a small camper from one of those.
