Sorry Had the same thing but it was under warranty My dealer told me I should replace both and I did it the same day. Not sure why your dealership is giving you a hard time?

I have a 2022 Lariat Hybrid. Had to replace both half sales at40k. Cars been good sense but bad design on hybrid half axle because the regeneration brakes

Sorry to hear that. I also have had issues with my hybrid and Ford has replaced the half axles. It still sometimes makes a clunking noise when stopping I think the hybrid brakes put allot of torque on the drive train. We will see. I bought an extended warranty Good luck

I'm not sure if the half axles have deem redesigned. I'm going to either buy a warranty or trade it in before it gets to 50k.

Yeah. The software recalls and "updates” don't really bother me, but the drivetrain issues at40 k do they call them half axles and yes Lief Johnson Ford fixed everything under warranty. 4 software updates and both half axles. Truck is back to normal. We will see how it go’s

It's back to like new now. I'll drive it until warranty is up and make a decision on extended warranty or trade in for a newer model that has the kinks worked out
