  1. Why do you want a Maverick?

My wife hates jerry cans in the car. Putting 100lb propane tanks are illegal in the car but I do it anyways. I have crap that needs to go to the dump that is odd-sized but not exceptionally heavy. I have a 17' boat I need to tow, under 3500 lbs. With a vented cap and rubber mat I can put wet...

I very much doubt the FWD Maverick will even be sold in Canada. A lot of cars that have FWD options in the US are sold in Canada as AWD only.
  10. Maverick vs Hyundai Santa Cruz

You'll need that Hyundai power train warranty when a piston cracks the engine block at 80K miles.
  11. Why do you want a Maverick?

I need a truck that fits in my driveway. That's it.

I once owned a FIAT. You know the acronym.
  14. AWD Nice but Not Necessary in Winter

Weight is in the front, so the mass bites on the front wheels. The back wheels are an accessory.
  15. Guess the Maverick Reveal Date

All is quiet on the media front for the last couple of weeks. Silent. I suspect that the reveal is days away at most. I used to work with trade press in another industry and whenever the gossipy press got quiet about something from some vendor the old crotchety boss would shout "embargo time!"...
  16. How Many Sales the 1st Year?

I can confirm at least one. :)
  17. AWD Nice but Not Necessary in Winter

Not sure where you live but I depend on Hakka's plus AWD for some of our hills.
  18. What color is your Maverick?

My first car was a Ford Torino that color.
