Did you receive a confirmation letter of any Kind? I ordered from Chapman Scottsdale on 8-17, and they seem to be unable to give m any written confirmation of the order. How do I confirm the order was entered properly?

Have you received your confirmation from Ford? I also ordered from Chapman on Tuesday. They claim the order was actually transmitted on Thursday. They don't know anything about Ford sending out Confirmations. Should I be concerned?

I also ordered from Chapman Scottsdale and he told me they had training today, all day! Unfortunately i am out of town now.
