If you want a hybrid, option 1 is off the table, as no orders are being accepted whatsoever. If you want an EcoBoost, I would try option 1. As long as you have no deposit/refundable deposit, there's no real risk. Might as well get in line. It doesn't prevent you from trying options 2 & 3 as well.

Dayton here as well. Pre-ordered in July '21. Area 51 XLT Hybrid. Still no build confirmation. Dealer is betting it will be in the next round that starts production and said they think I'll get an email next Thursday. I'm betting May delivery. Sigh....
