    Anybody that has done the mod conversion update have you tried your CarPlay to see if it updated to the new widgets. I just bought the Ottocast to do CarPlay and TV, etc. however when it links up it doesn’t give you a full screen CarPlay, and there’s no way to full screen and widgets don’t show.

  10. How expensive to do 12” upgrade with eBay buys?

    Go to car parts.com type in ford transit look for 12” entertainment screen/apim and ACM. Buy harness/bracket from OEMPLUS send apim/ACM to Sam(OEMPLUS) to program. He also does remote programming I got about $ 700 in mine

    I dealt with Sam with my ACM /APIM programming in 2 weeks before he got all the orders

    Go to the site “OEMPLUS” Sam is a Great guy to deal with. If you want ( like I did) Go to Car parts.com you need a harness from Sam and a monitor of your liking, I got an escape 13.2 more horizontal then find a ACM and APIM then send to Sam to program, less than a thousand total

    With the help of Sam(OEMPLUS) I was able to install a 13” escape in mine. I first bought a knob overlay( black) the made a 3/4 spacer covered in black vinyl then centered monitor using the ⚠ . Drilled 3 holes to mount the alignment pins in bottom frame then cut frame 1/8” at a time using dremmel...

    Unfortunately I did the conversion and not able to update. I’m hoping there’s a code programming error n forscan. I’m thinking of trashing the conversion and going back to my 8”. To many issues
