It is not voluntary. My family and I have done this for years at different dealerships in different states and set many of dealers straight.

That’s Ford not the dealer and YES they are required to except AXZ PLans

Dealers maybe independent franchises but its Fords name on the building and Ford trucks on the lot. Look they tried this with my brother years ago and it didn’t turn out to well for the dealer.

When it comes to AXZ Plans Ford make the rules not the dealers. Anytime a dealer says he not accepting one of these plan call Ford immediately and watch their tune change. If they don’t honor these plans they can loose their right to sell Ford products.

AXZ Plan pricing is predetermined for each vehicle by Ford, the higher the priced vehicle the bigger the discount. The invoice that they showed you should’ve had X Plan on it, these do not.

Dealer have to honor X Plan if they say no call Ford immediately and they will fix that problem quickly. If they added anything to your vehicle that you did not order you don’t have to pay for it.

If you are A Plan you DO NOT PAY INVOICE, your dealer should have shown you the special invoice with A Plan pricing. If did not say A Plan you did not get A Plan pricing. I saved $2414 on A Plan. Call Ford with your VIN# and make sure they gave what you deserve.

I call Ford about your X-Plan eligibility and I was told that you have been a card carrying member of the DAV for at least 6 months to qualify for the X-Plan. If so call them back with all the correct information and you should have on problems.
