Did you use a brake light relay and if not is there a problem when using the brake buddy with the turn signals?
If you did use a brake light relay, is that a problem when it's engaged putting the unit into neutral tow?
Sounds great! I only changed mine about a month ago but it's been flawless so far; even with bitter cold nights.
I saved the OEM battery in anticipation of them coming up with their promised fix. They have less than a month for their first quarter update!
I'm not holding my breath and it's going...
That video is pretty useless. It's without showing or telling you exactly how they got the plastic out. After much head scratching I had mine in and out in less than 5 minutes. I was by myself and didn't get a chance to make a video! Key is to pry it up first underneath the rear seat belt then...

It no way voids any warranty and I'm hanging on to the old H4 so if they do come up with a recall that...
The question has been asked and answered numerous times on the advantage of fitting an H5 battery in the vehicle. It will work perfectly fine and better than an H4 since it has higher reserve capacity.
Problem I'm having is figuring out how to get it installed.
I've tried everything to get that tray out and cannot get it.
Did you removed the H4 battery before trying to lift the tray out and then if so will it pop back in after the H5 is installed?
How do you remove the plastic tray since for the life of me I can't get it out?
Do you have to and remove the old H4 first, and if so will the tray snap back in after the H5 is installed?
I tried putting an H5 battery in my hybrid and I cannot get it to fit with the plastic tray in place.
For the life of me I cannot figure how to get the tray out!
Could somebody please pass along detailed instruction on how they got it out or ideally a video?
