Agreed
And I'll also chime in that the Granger team has been great so far. Expecting to pick up my Mav here in a couple weeks. If you want a Maverick, Granger is a great dealer to work with or you can take your chances with someone else. I know what I would do -- oh wait, I already did!
I've been thinking about these but I'm worried the front switchbacks will further blind people at night with people flashing their lights at me. Also hoping the rear taillights aren't too bright. People always go for brighter, but my understanding without seeing them in person is that these...
No, truck is still en route. I did email them to see when they thought I should book flights but they didn't have a good answer as the arrival can vary and apparently finance is backed up.
Have you been able to pick up your Mav yet? From your previous posts, it arrived 6/3 so it's been quite the wait already.
Mine shipped 6/15 so trying to determine when I should be booking flights.
Looks great and a fair price. Also a nice touch that you can remove the rear bar for taller items like the Rack-it. Does it attach with flat bar or angled steel? I'm assuming flat to not interfere with the tonneau?
I believe you're referring to Rack-it's 3000 series camper shell rack which allows for the topper and is pictured in this post. I asked support and apparently they don't offer it for the Maverick sadly. Also, I didn't see it posted but they have a special page for the Maverick now...
Don't overthink it; I'm sure it's fine. Worst case scenario it needs to dry and be pressed down again for it to stick better. Main thing is that you cleaned the surface
Hoping that you're able to lower the barrier to entry by creating good documentation and videos of the process for people like me who have never modded their vehicle before.
Watching some videos, I'm not sure what I prefer more. Airbags can be nice to set the PSI and fine tune how much lift you want but I'm not sure that's necessary. Curious to see how they perform once you have them on!
Good to hear. I plan on towing a similar size of trailer later this summer after I get my truck. One thing that I want to share that I think will make a big difference is adding air bags to the rear springs. See https://www.airliftcompany.com/shop/60859/ This should firm up the rear end even...
