Just an FYI - with tire sizing, the height of the tire is tied to the width of the tire. So when you increased the width of the tire, keeping the same middle number also increased the height. The new tires calculate about 1/2" taller. Looks good.
Never used that seller before, but have use Gorilla black lug nuts before and had them hold up well. They don't have the lifetime warranty that McGard does, but they come in the proper size and are closer to the factory nuts in size/shape. Plus, you can get matching locking lug nuts that look...
In fairness, that's not an OBDLink EX. It might work, but it's not the same as what's in this thread. Might as well compare to one you can get for $1.99 on Alibaba.
I've looked into X-plan other times and always been able to negotiate lower. But that's not the times we are in now - MSRP and possibly over are the norm, so X-plan is a great deal! Just make sure the dealer agrees to it ahead of time.
I think you are setting yourself up for disappointment. Just to be clear, you ordered a truck and did everything you were asked to do. The dealership ghosted you and somehow (unclear exactly what happened) resulted in you not getting a truck, and not even having an order - which would have...
Obviously nobody stole those tickets or stole these trucks. But does that mean the person who ordered 5 trucks to resell did the right thing? Or the person who ordered 5 trucks just trying to get 1 faster did the right thing? Both situations took away from someone else who wanted a truck. Might...
I don't think this comes up enough, but yes - when you go to three dealers and place orders trying to get one faster, it slows it down for everyone else, along with giving the opportunity for markups.
That is up to the institution. My CU used to do up to 2 years old as a new car, which was nice. But now I think because everything costs so much more, they will do up to 3 years old as a new car.
Dealers don't want cash customers - they make money off of financing. You pay cash and they lose that. Reports here of Ford offering a certain APR may not be true offers. Example, if you go direct to the Ford website and apply you might get an offer of say 5%. But if you go through the dealer...
It sounds like you want hill descent for windy, twisty roads, but I don't think that's what it's for. I think it's intended for steep off-roading. I'm also not sure it's "essential" anywhere given that it's a fairly recent development in the grand scheme of things. Might be worth looking into...
Sorry that happened.
At this point, I would say chances of finding your exact truck setup are pretty slim. Especially since if they do find one, it's going to be at another dealer who isn't going to want to give it up without their $5k market adjustment. Likely you are going to need to order a...
I suppose there is nothing "wrong" with spraying over top of the plugs, bolts, etc. BUT, if you ever need to access them, it's going to be hard. I'd also say it doesn't look as professional - it looks like an afterthought vs. meant to be there. As for the plastic, looks like they took an impact...
Now that could be a benefit. Not only do you get to enjoy the truck (you wanted it at one point!), you give yourself some time to decide if you want to keep it. If you decide not to keep it when the hybrid comes in, not only is there a chance you get most all your money back or maybe even more...
Just to further put this into perspective. MSRP is $32,945. If you buy it from the dealer you will pay tax, title, license, doc fee, etc. I would estimate you end up at about $37k give or take. Now you want to sell it to someone and make a couple hundred bucks, say you sell it for $37,250. But...
