I'm not going to search through 9 pages of threads for an unknown photo from over a year ago when I could instead just ask the person I know likely has the answer - thanks for the follow up link, ironically someone just...
I stopped using ECO at 6k, NORM for all driving except those special circumstance modes. have achieved better mileage since - can be attributed to break-in I'm sure but I find the responsiveness of NORM over ECO lets me drive the truck how I want while still giving me better control over pedal...
EB + 4kT: Been kissing 24.7 on and off throughout my last 1k miles, nearly at 10k now. About the same mpg experience HW/City. Noticed that the "instantaneous mpg" is ~0.2mpg lower than the reported "instant mpg" on the customizable dash display.
Once I hit 10k I'll be doing the second oil...
That's actually where I mount my cellphone, modelled and printed a tension clip that grabs the center span between the central vents. Works well without blocking too much access to the OEM knobs and bobs
That's pretty typical for these scummy dealers nowadays, they "run a business" after all :cautious:.
Just imagine if someone came into this forum and offered a Mav at those ridiculous prices :ROFLMAO:
Yep, works well enough! Trusted Places of course will cause its own problems from time to time (looking at you sporadic on-body detection) but it seems the 'hard' connect of BT through the truck has not had issues - been running it like this for about two months now. Phone auto-unlocks on truck...
Android allows you to set "Trusted Places" for lock screen security. In your settings search for that and you can add your vehicle if it is Bluetooth connected (wired AA uses BT). When your phone detects the vehicle it will prevent your phone from locking fully.
I had your same issue until I...
I walked onto the lot in June and bought it outright so I'd need a 0 badge I guess.
They did do the Dealership Sit move on me though, finance guys like to try to make you sweat I guess. So I'll have to order a Waited 4 Hours to Get My Day 0 Mav sticker lmao
Unfortunately not, I mentioned I added that to no discernable effect. Further research leads me to believe this antenna is specific to the single key Remote Start fob and does not interface with the oem keyfob that comes with the vehicle
Yeah that's what I've figured out - initial documentation makes it sound like it extends the factory range but it's specific to the factory range of the Remote Start antenna.
Really still pretty disappointed in the standard keyfob range - had some others here tell me theirs works at greater...
Haven't watched that video so just skimmed through right now. It's pretty much 1:1, plug in the OBD and then mount it somewhere, that's pretty much it.
Thanks for sharing your experience, it sounds like a lot of Hybrid owners are feeling the grab so hopefully Ford does have a proper solution in the works - let us know if your streak continues or ends!
